"My wife Michelle and I had the most wonderful experience of having Mr. Simpson as our Buyer's Agent. "Walt was the first realtor to reach out to me.  He was polite and knowledgeable, and we scheduled an interview in person a few days later.  During the interview, it was clear that he had done his research on comparable properties and that he understood the current market very well.  He was confident that we could hit my desired selling price and gave me a clear idea of the sequence of events if I chose him as my realtor.  He was kind, laid back, and able to answer my questions.  After meeting with other realtors later that day, I called Walt to inform him that I'd like to have him represent me in the selling of my home.

From there the process was very smooth.  He made it easy to complete all of the initial paperwork digitally, he listed my home as "Coming Soon" to generate interest, arranged a photographer to take pictures and create a 3D tour, responded to questions from potential buyers, was available to answer my questions and concerns while I was scheduling showings, talked to me at-length about the offers we received, and respected my decision of which offer I wanted to accept.  He was honest about the risks associated with each offer and kept me informed as we waited for the appraisal to clear and the lender to give the final approval to go to settlement.
